Refund Policy (Best Practice Recommendation)

Digital courses, downloadable materials, and recorded content are non refundable once access is granted.

1:1 coaching sessions and mentorship payments are non refundable once booked or commenced. Rescheduling may be offered at discretion with reasonable notice.

Physical product refund and return policies, if applicable, will be clearly stated on the product page.
